Frontline ER: Our Patients Are Always In-Network

At Frontline ER, we want the finances surrounding a patient’s visit to be the last thing on their mind. In an effort to reduce your cost, we honor in-network rates regardless of our status with your insurance provider. Are you aware that Texas state law dictates that your insurance provider is required to pay for emergency care whether it is in-network or not? Many patients are not aware of this fact, but can often use it to their benefit.

Your main focus when visiting Frontline ER should be your recovery. Worrying about the finances of urgent care in Richmond is a sure-fire way to delay recovery. Your insurance provider can’t turn you away, and Frontline ER will never turn you away as well.

We accept most major insurance providers; however, at this time, we do not accept: Tricare, Medicaid, Medicare or CHIP.

For patients without insurance, we also accept cash, cashier’s checks, and most major credit cards. Regardless of insurance status, Frontline ER will always work with our patients on a payment schedule to pay for the visit.

The status of health insurance or a person’s finances should never dictate whether or not you can receive top-notch care. Our patient care specialists are always here to help you understand all the options available for urgent care in Richmond, whether you have insurance, don’t have insurance or want to self-pay. We can work with you to create an estimation of costs for the expected services and also give you information for comparing prices.
